Our Tappa team never stops educating. We always encourage our team to participate in workshops to improve professional skills. This time the workshop was oriented on customer service development. We know how important it is to deliver excellent service and make each customer happy.
On Feb 22, 2020, Our Tappa Team completed an advanced professional workshop, where Jonathan Doucette from Manereviews was invited as a speaker. The training was an educational and practical experience combining theory discussions with role play breakouts. The focus of the training was on how to properly execute a consultation. First, we created different scenarios and then discussed how to adapt to them to execute a consultation. In addition, we discussed how the practice of Secret Service can be of benefit for retention of customers as well as effectively gaining referrals.
