We decided to share some Post-Covid hairstyle changes we did for our dear customers since we re-opened from the shutdown. Our customers and we were looking forward the moment our door opened again. We are always happy to see you back in our salon. Thank you for choosing Tappa! You are safe in our hands!
"Jenna - Born to be blonde. This gorgeous head of hair was achieved with a classic full head of Highlights. Extra foil around the face and hairline give our lovely lady the brightness we all crave."
"In Marlena's hair I used Wella blond lighter & Wella /36 +/39 magma for her caramel highlights. I love using Magma when I can during color because it lifts & tones the hair at the same time. After rinsing I toned her blond highlights using Wella Illumina 9/03 to give her a soft golden blonde."
"After a long absence from the salon(darn Covid). Avery wanted something to soften and blend into her overgrown Ombre. I combined many Babylights on top with foliage throughout the rest of her hair. Toned with a color melting technique to create a flawless transition from dark to light Beige Blonde."
"Melissa - Sometimes all you need is a toner to cool down or brighten your hair."
"Jodi - Sometimes you need a bit of everything to achieve your #hairgoals Jodi's gorgeous thick mane incorporated Foilage, Classic Highlights, and Babylights followed by a root melt toner to give her new natural look longevity."
"Breanna - warm summer blonde for this young lady. Her hair was a perfect canvas for Wella Illumina Color. Illumina Color adds superior high gloss shine to beautiful natural shades."
"Kyla - a new Red Ombre. Kyla's hair was first lightened with Wellaplex to maintenance maximum hair integrity. Then colored with Wella Koleston Perfect. Its Pure Balance technology ensures a healthy new vibrant red."
"For Willow I used a Moroccan oil protect & prevent spray as well as Wella Nutri Enrich Frizz control cream before blow drying hair to protect her hair from the heat of the blow dryer & straightener, afterwords I used Wella oil reflections prior to straightening her hair to give her hair a silky feel & shine."
"Lifted hair to certain level with blondor oil mixed cream lightener. Toned hair with color touch, fluff dried and foiled slices of each colour (new blue, high magenta, hyper coral, pure violet, and future yellow all diluted with tomorrow clear for a pastel tone)."
"On Melissa I did an ombré to lighten all of her ends. I then toned with a slightly darker one at the roots and melted into the creamy blonde colour. I applied in “v” sections and gave her the “money piece” in the front. After the colour we cut and blowdried and finished with soft curls."
"Anna wanted half and half of a teal and pink. I prelightened her hair to a light blonde colour and washed. I then fluff dried to remove some of the excess water and split her hair into a clean part in the middle. I then applied a mermaid blue and pink colour. I finished with a cool water rinse and deep condition and styled with beautiful soft curls."
"I started by balyaging her hair to lighten her hair. After processing and rinsing, I applied a cool toner to tone the warmth in Hayley hair, as she was very dark and very warm. I then go finished with a blowdry and big curls!"
"Brittiney wanted to bring up her balyage with a icy cool blonde. I began by balyaging her hair, and applying a teased highlight in between once I got to her crown. This helps with the high look and give dimension at the root after toning. I then applied her toner to give the white blonde. We finished with a haircut, blowdry and soft curls for a beautiful photo shoot"
"Maria wanted an all over lighter colour. I first began by prelightening. I applied in 4 steps, as she has regrown and precious colour which had to be targeted differently. I then toned to counteract the warmth, and ya a finished with a straight blowdry."
