What Happened May 29th to June 28th
So where did we leave off?!?
We feel like it’s been ages since we sat down to blog about Tappa Hair Salon.
So what have we been up to? Let’s start with Father’s Day and our celebration of Men. We had created some great men transformations and hope all the men out there did something special to honour “Dad’s Day”
One Thing a lot of our family, friends, colleagues and guests know about our team is how we like to give back, and June was no different. Remember the Shaper contest and how we embraced the #shareyourshaper – every moment possible?!?
Well again who says HARD WORK DOESN’T PAY OFF, at Tappa we don’t believe that it does! We may not have won the gift baskets or trip but our team's amazing efforts got rewarded with two GHD flat irons valued at over $200.00 each. Very nice. Thank you Wella!!
Now what should we do with these flatirons?!? What else!!! Let’s give back to our guests who made this all possible. And thus one of our most interactive INSTAGRAM contests to date was born. Click here for details.
We
included all our guests that participated in Sebastian's Shaper contest
and let the world decide by voting who deserved the flat Irons.
The Tappa Team still felt like we had a little bit left in us for the community and participated in the Kindergarten Picnic at St George Vanier Public School in Kanata. We had a blast colouring their hair and made sure every kindergartener, all 85 of them, received their very own Red Insta tint, right in time For Canada Day............

Now it all can’t be fun and games at Tappa, we have to get some education. And education is what we received. We tag teamed with our sister Salon Precision Styling for an amazing advanced hair cutting workshop. Sherman Wong (@sherman_wong) from Wella, never disappoints.

Remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas…….well I’m sure we will have some things that we can share with everyone afterwards lol
A reminder to everyone reading our blog that anyone who goes on these trips doesn’t “win” it, they “earn it” and we want to thank Courtney Studiman, Frank Bruno and Wella for their support, commitment and constantly pushing our team to reach goals we never thought possible.
